Let’s Wine Down in 2023!
We are welcoming Martin Gerschwitz (Iron Butterfly) back from Germany for the start of his U.S. tour! To celebrate, not only will there be good wine, we’ll be enjoying an authentic German feast made by Chef Marion Heinze - oh and it features Plaisance beef and vino too.

German Style Plaisance Ranch Beef Goulash - $22 (G.F. option available)
This is a thick beef stew, of estate raised beef, with caramelized onions, root vegetables and a splash of red wine from Plaisance Ranch. It's served over German made butter noodles, called spaetzle, and braised red cabbage with apples and spices. Plus a side salad with organic greens and pickled cucumbers with dill.
Vegetarian Spaetzle - $16 (G.F. option available)
German butter noodles, baked with Gruyere cheese and caramelized onions. Served with a side salad of organic greens and pickled cucumbers with dill.
Black Forest Cake - $4
German chocolate cake with cherries, cherry brandy and whipped cream.
